APPOINTMENTS
New Look Salon & Spa recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule. If appointments aren’t available during your desired date and time, we will add your name to a cancellation list and in the event of a cancellation, you will be contacted by phone, or text.
SERVICE POLICIES/CORRECTIVE COLOR
If you are not entirely satisfied with your color and cutting service, please call and schedule a complimentary redo within three days. The redo policy doesn’t cover a change in the style or color. Full service price applies after three days. New Look Salon cannot guarantee color longevity without the proper use of professional hair care products. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. This may result in scheduling more appointments in the near future to achieve desired results.
SALON POLICIES
Our goal at New Look Salon & Spa is to give each client an amazing experience from the moment you walk in the door, until you leave, loving your new look. If for some reason we fall short in ANY area of your visit, please let us know. 
New Look Salon & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for improper conduct, tardiness, no shows, or any other situation we deem inappropriate.
CONFIRMATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS, & CANCELLATIONS
While it is not always possible to contact a client directly, every effort will be made to confirm your appointment one day in advance (through text or call).
When cancelling any appointment(s) a 24-Hour notice would be greatly appreciated. A missed appointment means loss of availability for other clients. However, we do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one’s control, and we truly understand. After 3 missed appointments, without notice, we will ask you to schedule the day of. We understand that sometimes it is inevitable that you may run late for an appointment. The time that you have scheduled is yours to use at your discretion. We will give every effort to deliver your services to you as best can be met by the remainder of your scheduled time. If however, you are 20 minutes or more late, we will reschedule your appointment to a later date. This ensures the stylist to be on time for their scheduled day.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following: Cash, Personal Checks, Gift Cards, Credit/Debit Cards. There will be a $25 Service Fee for all returned checks.
